Have English-Russian-Estonian translations available for managers

In case there would be no manager who could speak perfectly fluently all the languages Russian, English and Estonian, on both male and female side, it would be good if we have a translated and approved vocabulary that we all use from the beginning every year consistently. Even if we have native speakers then depending on the people they could translate differently.
Not to overdo it, just the important things:

• main phrases announced by the teachers,
• names of possible sensations and
• question asked during the interviews.
