Dishwashing Manual

Create a Manual/Guideline for Dishwashing. It does not have to be perfect. We can improve it during the next course.

Some points:
Pre-washing and soaking needs more space. Dishwasher, soaker. Times for when is reasonable to do pots and pans and when plates and cups for dishwashing. Dishwasher eats a bit later to clear the sink, otherwise dirty dishes will dry out and be much harder to clean.
