Order new Meditation Mats and Cushions

MATS

I propose we order:
120 Mats for Students
20 Mats for Servers

It has been decided that the Mats should be 70 x 70 cm for the Students.

Since we have 14pc of 60 x 70 cm mat Covers made by Kadi´s mother we thought about having those for the servers so we could order Server´s Mats 60 x 70 cm (20 pc).

We also already have 10pc of 80 x 80 cm Mats that we got earlier. We could keep 4 of those for the ATs and the rest we keep at Tartu for the 1-Day courses.

Of course this all means we would have 3 different sizes of Mats. Is this OK with you guys or you think it could be confusing?

CUSHIONS

I propose we order:
350 Cushions (roughly ~2,5 per person)

This is a big number but remember the cushions will be only 5 cm thick and people will probably take at least a minimum on 2. It is very often a problem in courses that the cushions run out. Lets not make it a problem at Roosta.

We have 20pc of 40 x 20cm cushions (5 cm thick) that we ordered earlier. While I am OK with the hardness of the cushion I feel we should order new ones 50 x 30 cm. The ones we have are just a tad bit small for me.

Also we can think about different cushion sizes and thicknesses. Also maybe we want those buckwheat filled cushions? What about knee cushions?

After quite a bit of discussion Kadi is going to order:

Mats 140pc - 60 x 70 x 4 cm.

Small cushions 70 pc - 35 x 20 x 7 cm.

Medium cushions 70 pc - 40 x 25 x 7 cm.

All made of Foam.

I ordered 40 pc yoga blocks from Aliexpress.

We are also going to make 140 pc of Buckwheat pillows. We are going to experiment with the size.

If we have time we will also make small knee pillows. Between 50 - 100 pc perhaps. Maybe 20 x 20 x 5 cm and either with cotton or buckwheat hull filling.
